Super healthy Sesame snack recipe

This recipe is staple at my home. Whenever I make a batch to atleast last me a week it gets consumed on third day after making it.
It is highly highly addictive. You just cannot stop eating it.
Sesame seeds are one of the healthy food of all time. The seeds are also very valuable sources of dietary protein with fine quality amino acids. 
You can snack on this guilt-free.


2 cups sesame seeds
Half lemons juice
Salt to taste
Half tsp turmeric (healthiest spice)

Mix all the above ingredients in a pan and let it set for 2-3 hours.
Dry roast the seeds for 5-7 minutes, it will start spluttering and all the lemon juice will be soaked into the seeds.
Let it cool and store in an air tight jar.
